Business - it is a company or organization which has products or services to offer.
Whom do they offer? of course for us…
Consumers - we are all consumers in some or the other way, we are the end-users of their products and services.
Now, let’s understand B2C.
B2C is a very basic way of doing business, which means a business or company selling or doing any kind of transaction directly with the end-user.
A lot of businesses in the world are B2C, if you just open your smartphone and just look into your app drawer, a lot of apps you are using day to day are part of B2C
Examples are your social media application Facebook, Linkedin, twitter
Your chat applications WhatsApp, Wechat, Hike, Telegram
Your shopping applications Amazon, Flipkart, PayTM
What not your Uber, Ola and so on so forth…
Pros of B2C business:
1. It is a less ambiguous way of doing business
2. You can reach a huge audience worldwide.
2. It has a lower cost of doing business
